Residence visa to work in Spain

The Consulate General in Miami has jurisdiction over the following States: Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. If your permanent residence is in one of these States you must apply at this Consulate. If your permanent residence is in another State contact the Consulate that has jurisdiction over your State.

NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED WHEN REQUESTING THIS TYPE OF VISA

This visa allows a person to work as an employee in a company located in Spain.

To apply for this type of visa, two Schengen visa application forms and the following requirements must be submitted in person:

ORIGINALS AND TWO PHOTOCOPIES OF EACH DOCUMENT:

All documents must be submitted at this Consulate within 30 days from the date of the Resolution issued in Spain.
